Bomb attack on Clayhall house ‘anti-Semitic’

Police have said that a small explosive device left outside a home in Clayhall yesterday was an anti-Semitic attack.
About 500 metres of Clayhall Avenue was cordoned off yesterday after the family became suspicious about a packet left outside their home.
Police were called at about 3pm yesterday and the device was examined and made safe by officers.
No one was injured and police have said that the package did not pose risk to the general public.
Four police cars, five ambulances and four fire engines were at the scene.
The cordon was lifted at about 4pm.
