The A12 has reopened after a lorry was in a collision with a car at the junction of Barley Lane this morning.
The petrol tanker suffered damage to its front bumperThe London Ambulance Service were called at 11.15am to the traffic collision on the eastbound carriageway of the A12.
Two ambulances and a duty station officer were sent and a 47-year-old woman was taken to Queen’s Hospital, Romford, suffering from injuries to her back and pelvis.
The road reopened at around 2.30pm after being closed for several hours between Aldborough Road North and Hainault Road.
