Daniel Harris, 28, of Waterloo Road, died on August 1 after colliding with the coach outside the Olympic Park.

The driver of the coach was arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and was taken to an east London police station.

He was bailed until yesterday and a Met Police spokesman confirmed today that the driver has been released without further action.

The collision happened in Ruckholt Road (A106), at the junction with the East Cross Route (A12), Hackney Wick.
