Children have fun at Redbridge Jewish Community Centre-run summer camp

From drumming to cooking and arts and crafts, children are taking part in a wide range of activities at a summer camp run by charity Jewish Care.

The SummerWorld activities camp for children aged four to 11 is being held at Redbridge Jewish Community Centre, in Woodford Bridge Road, Redbridge, until August 24.

The camp is rated outstanding by Ofsted and supported by 50 young people trained through the charity’s youth leadership programme.

Centre manager Graham Freeman said: “We want every child to have the best experience and to go home having had a really good day so our leaders listen to every child to make sure there is something for each of them, it’s also a great environment to make friends.
