Isaac Newton Academy, Cricklefield Place, students got a chance to meet animal wrangler Trevor Smith, who has worked

on films such as Batman and Mission Impossible.

He explained how animals were trained for movies and how getting the right shots requires a good understanding of the creatures you are working with.

The visit was part of FILMCLUB’s Close Encounters scheme which allows students to get a glimpse behind the cameras and into the movie industry expanding their horizons and get them thinking of careers in film beyond the most obvious.
