Ilford High Road outside Isaac Newton Academy was partially blocked earlier following a collision between two cars.

A witness, who declined his name but works nearby, said he saw a people carrier collide with a smaller car as it pulled out of the school.

Passing firefighters stopped at the scene to attend to a woman, who is thought to have been driving the second vehicle.
