Supermodel Kate Moss issued a fashion cry to UK women – cover up!
“When you’re driving down the road in the summer, the English people...” she said, trailing off – perhaps as some past sighting of a holidaymaker with it all hanging out in public, returned.
“It’s not our natural thing, no. So it’s ‘put it awaaaaaay!’”, said the model from Croydon, south London.
Moss, who has regularly appeared in assorted states of undress on billboards for years also moaned that owning a dog is cramping her style.
“It’s a nightmare... I’m having to rethink everything. You can’t walk a dog in a heel. You look ridiculous”... Course (I’ve tried),” she said.
Rocker husband, Jamie Hince, who plays guitar in The Kills, is also on hand to curb her fashion excesses, Moss revealed.
“He would go mental if I started dressing like a wife! No! He likes me when I’m a rock’n’roll kind of girl,” she told Grazia magazine.
