A councillor and his three merry men travelled to Croatia in a Robin Hood-mobile in aid of an anti-knife charity.
Cllr Alex Phillips, dressed as the Sheriff of Nottingham, together with friends William Wearmouth, James Turgoose and Claire Jakobsson, raised about £1,700.
The adventure was in aid of Art Against Knives, which aims to combat the roots of knife crime through the arts.
Cllr Phillips said: “It is great to be supporting a charity that helps turn round the lives of young people, putting their wealth of talents to good use in the creative industries that have contributed so much to London’s success.”
A two-day workshop in Dalston saw the £200 Robin Hoodmobile spray painted by eight young people for the 1,400-mile trek.
