Residents with young children are being invited to attend the free healthy eating classes which are run by senior nutritionists from the trust’s Healthy Weight Team.
Topics will include fussy eaters and the benefits of a balanced diet on overall wellbeing.
The first session will be on January 25 from 10-11am at the Albert Road Children’s Centre, Albert Road, Ilford.
