Crossroads Care Redbridge, Epping and Harlow, based in Charter Avenue, Newbury Park, will host it’s 28th Annual General Meeting on Thursday following the release of its annual review.

The organisation which exists to support carers and the people they care for and strives to deliver high quality services to carers of all ages.

This year’s review gives a personal insight into carers lives as they give their own candid and individual stories of how they found themselves as carers.

The survey quotes one carer as saying: “I totally couldn’t cope at all without Crossroads Care and I would have to put mum in a home which would be devastating.

“Their staff are absolutely exceptional; they are all very good with mum.”

As part of Carers Trust, Crossroads Care are campaigning for the 6 million carers in the country to be recognised for the role they play in society.

The meeting will be held at 2.15pm at the United Reformed Church, Lindsey Street, Epping.
