A 14-year-old girl from Goodmayes is missing and police are asking for help to find her.

Saphron Dalsou was last seen at 10am on Wednesday in Goodmayes and is believed to be using trains and buses to travel to other parts of London including the West End and Wood Green.

She is 5ft 7ins tall and of medium build with shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes.

She has pierced ears, bottom lip and tongue and was last seen wearing a white fleece, black leggings and black Vans shoes.

Anyone who knows her whereabouts is asked to call the Missing Persons Unit at Barkingside police station on 020 8345 3494.
