Muddy mayhem awaits anyone brave enough to take on the Mud n Madness challenge in aid of a hospice.
The sponsored race is in aid of Saint Francis Hospice, Havering-atte-Bower which provides support to anyone with life-limiting illnesses.
Anyone up for it will be putting themselves through a gruelling 7.5km challenge complete with rivers, obstacles and lots of mud.
The challenge will take place on February 9 at the Stubbers Adventure Centre, Upminster.
Thrill seekers can sign-up at www.onestepbeyond.org.uk with places costing £35 but team discounts are available.
