A masquerade ball is being held in aid of a children’s charity, complete with an auction of signed West Ham and Chelsea football shirts, VIP tickets for the X Factor Live Tour including backstage passes and a tour of Liverpool FC stadium.
The event, in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital, will take place at Mooros, Abridge Road, Chigwell.
Tickets are £15 for the ball which is on January 26.
Police swooped on the homeless, grabbing sleeping bags and food parcels donated by the public, in co-ordinated raids around the borough.
