Ley Street, Ilford closed due to broken traffic lights

An Ilford road was closed this morning due to broken traffic lights.
Police were on Ley Street at the junction of the A12/Eastern Avenue to assist in reopening the road and managing the traffic.
The signals are now working and traffic is reported to be moving well.
