Ilford man charged with stealing over £300 of beauty products from supermarket

An Ilford man has been charged with stealing over £300 of beauty products from a supermarket.

Shekrun Islam, 26, of Northbrook Road, has pleaded guilty to stealing items to the value of £301.79 from Sainsbury’s in Roden Street on June 29.

Islam, also known as Shakrul Islam, appeared at Barkingside Magistrates Court on Monday (16).

He is on conditional bail with a curfew between 9pm and 7am and an electronic tag.

He will next appear at Barkingside Magistrates Court on August 7.
