Update: Angjela Ahmetaj was found on Saturday.

Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a teenage girl who went missing from her Chigwell home 10 days ago.

Angjela Ahmetaj, 14, was last seen at her home on the morning of August 19, last Tuesday.

She last made contact with her family yesterday, and now police are appealing for any of her friends to call officers with any information they may have about her whereabouts.

Angjela, also known as Ela Collett, is white, of slim build with long dark hair and around five feet tall.

She was last seen by her family wearing a short black leather jacket, jeans and black leopard print trainers.

Police are carrying out enquiries across central as well as east London and in Epping Forest - areas Angjela is known to have friends.
