Police are appealing for help to trace a man who frequents Ilford, Hainault and Wanstead.

Quincy White, 26, has been charged with drug offences but failed to turn up at Romford Magistrates’ Court last week.

A warrant of arrest was issued by the court after he failed to attend.

He is also wanted on a recall to prison after he failed to comply with conditions of his licence.

White is described as black, 6ft tall, with a stocky build, and a tattoo on the inside of his left arm saying “what ever doesn’t kill me makes me stronger”.

Police also said he may be using a silver coloured Vauxhall Corsa.

White should not be approached by the public and anyone seeing him should call the police immediately on 999.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police in Waltham Forest via 101.
