Where we cannot agree a solution, you can ask the Press Complaints Commission to look into your complaint.

The Commission is an independent body which deals with complaints from members of the public about the editorial content of newspapers and magazines.

We follow the Commission's code of conduct and abide by their decisions.

The service to the public is free, quick and easy. The Commission aims to deal with most complaints in just 35 working days - and there is absolutely no cost to the people complaining.
